Yes, I charge a planning fee for custom itinerary design, which covers the time, research, and personalized attention that goes into building your trip. Hotel-only bookings are always complimentary, and still come with access to exclusive perks through my industry partnerships.

How far in advance should I reach out?
Ideally, 2–6 months ahead of your travel dates—especially for peak seasons or complex trips. That said, I’ll always do my best to help on a tighter timeline if I can.
Can I work with you if I’ve already started planning?
Absolutely. If you've started planning—or even booked a hotel—I can often step in to elevate the experience. In some cases, I can do a takeover booking, where I'm added as the agent of record. That means your existing reservation stays the same, but I can layer on perks like breakfast, upgrades, and more—at no additional cost to you.
Do you book flights?
I can assist with booking your premium flights through my agency’s in-house air desk, which offers a concierge-style service for business, first class, and premium economy tickets (on flights touching the U.S., Canada, or Mexico). You’ll still earn airline miles just as if you booked direct – plus, you’ll have access to 24/7 support if anything comes up during your travels.
